Cava Discovery Tasting

Join us for a fun and informative evening focussing on Cava sparkling wines from Spain. Following the introduction of a new classification system, Cava is under going a real renaissance, led by a move to exclusively organic production for the premium segment, alongside the introduction of a new Integral Winemaker seal, which identifies those wineries that make products protected by the CAVA D.O. from start to finish.

Led by our resident expert, Tom Liddington, we will showcase the very best wines of the region and highlight why Cava, which is produced using the same, traditional method as Champagne and English sparkling wine yet, in comparison, offers such incredible quality and value for money.
