Whilst all of our wineries work with sustainable environmental practices, all of our natural wines are produced from hand-picked grapes, from certified organic vines and made with indigenous yeast that naturally occur in the vineyard and winery. Natural is a fairly 'new' category introduced in 2020. Up to 30 mg/l of sulfites are allowed in all types of wine.
