All our biodynamic wines are produced without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Instead wineries use compost or manure as fertilizer, and home-made 'teas' and preparations to protect wines from pests and strengthen them from inside, after Rudolf Steiner's formulas. Any work in vineyards and cellar, from pruning to bottling wines, follows strictly the biodynamic calendar and moon cycles.
