20 years after the launch of the initial Zalto 'Denk Art' glasses, Zalto presents an innovative new
shape.

The new glass integrates, balances and harmonises without distorting the underlying true character
traits from terroir, fruit, saltiness, acid and tannin structure. The glass quietens the foreground and
dominance of individual flavour elements such as tannin or phenols to ensure a harmonious balance.
The size of the surface area, between the Bordeaux and Burgundy glasses, gives the wine the
necessary space to develop, while the strong conical side walls (even more so than in the Burgundy
glass) focus the aromas at a short distance, integrating them and combining them into a harmonious
whole. Together with the specific aperture and a more direct angle, the glass integrates the
individual characteristic aromas and flavours of the wine in this triangle, in a perfectly balanced ratio.
The glass provides an ethereal delicacy while maintaining focused precision. Similar to the finest teas,
the glass elicits subtle details from the wine without allowing certain harsh flavours to take centre
stage.
