Ripe quince with toasted almonds and mineral freshness. Creamy texture with mouthwatering freshness lead to a long length. Very well made.

Vidiano is the most important grape variety from Crete, and grapes for this wine come from limestone soild at 300m elevation. After blending it was aged for a further 6 months on its fine lees in amphora and bottled unfiltered.
'This is of pale golden colour with young, green highlights. Smells of melted butter, hazelnuts, baking spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied, oak is present but well integrated and balanced with medium acidity. There is a light texture to this and an almost salty minerality. Pure & exciting wine!'Anja Breit, Philglas & Swiggot
