Description

Billecart-Salmon has long been a favourite Champagne house for us at Philglas & Swiggot. One of the few houses to remain family controlled since it was founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon (or "Billy") is renowned for its ability to combine finesse and power all in the same glass of exquisite Champagne. The Brut Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. It is made up of a blend from three different years and sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. 

This cuvee, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse. Maturity touched with floral freshness for this cuvee that breathes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. A full and accurate flavour combined with a fine freshness and a rich bouquet bear witness to the ageing of this cuvee in the House's traditional cellars.
