Bibbi Graetz founded his winery in 2000 on a Tuscan hillside where he fell in love with the artists life and community and made wine his life. He has built a reputation for exceptional quality and character from one of the best collections of old vineayrds in Italy. This blended white is his every-day wine, made from grapes grown in the Maremma, Tuscany's coastal sub-region, where white varieites thrive.

A blend of Vermentino (60%), Trebbiano (30%) and Moscato (10%) all fermented separately in stainless steel and then blended.  Bright, fruity aromas of lemon zest and green apple. The Vermentino brings clean, fresh acidity with structure; Moscato adds floral notes; and Trebbiano balances and smooths this wine giving way to a medium-bodied mouthfeel.
