Recaredo 'Corpinnat' Terrers Cava Brut Nature Penedes 2019

Description

Elaborated from the three traditional cava varieties: Macabeu, Xarelo and Parellada . All the fruit sourced from the estate’s vineyards in the Alt Penedès region in the village of Sant Sadurni, Torrelavit and Subirats. The entire harvesting process is carried out by hand. The wines have not been treated with herbicides nor insecticides. Exclusively in-house vinification. 3% of the base wine aged in oak barrels during 11 months. Aged in the cellar with 100% natural cork stoppers. Remuage is carried out manually in traditional racks and disgorged by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle. Spent 38 months on lees. It is a 100% dry cava with no sugar added.Recaredo is a founder member of the new Brand, Corpinnat, which stand for a collective European Union Brand established with the aim of distinguishing great sparkling wines made in the heart of the Penedès, from 100% organic manual harvest, 100% vinified on the premises of the winery and long ageing.

Recaredo Brut Nature is a completely dry brut nature sparkling wine, with no sugar added for sweetening.
