With its subtle and gourmand aromas, this cuvée provides a reference point amongst rosé champagnes and certainly a Philglas & Swiggot favourite. There is real flavor and weight to this wine, a delicious creaminess brought to the blend by the unusually high Chardonnay component of 50%. A seductive and elegant champagne perfect as an aperitif but built with the weight to segue onto the first course.
