Bocca di Lupo Estate, Puglia
Originally part of the Tormaresca project, the Bocca di Lupo estate is located in the northern Puglian countryside of Minervino Murge, in the DOC region of Castel del Monte, an area well known for its wild beauty. This estate is now independent and fully dedicated to the production of fine wines using varieties such as Aglianico, Fiano, Chardonnay and (soon) Cabernet Franc. All grapes are cultivated with organic certification.
