The wines are made exclusively from fruit grown in the Adelaide Hills, one of Australia's coolest and most exciting regions. 

M3 Chardonnay was one of the leaders of the new style of refined Australian Chardonnay and it remains at the forefront of the best from Australia to this day.

Stone fruit and citrus notes dominate the nose, and continue onto the palate. The palate shows restraint and subtlety, with flavours of lemon zest and grapefruit, with a biscuity note. There is also intensity and weight to the palate, held in check by a seam of crisp acid that keeps it fresh and tight.
