Description

Lying in the south of Navarra, in the subregion of Ribera Baja, Viña Zorzal is a project run by three brothers who inherited the estate from their parents, focusing on bringing back to life abandoned vineyards. Their signature is a bright and juicy 100% Garnacha, packed with red fruits and great freshness.

This Garnacha Blanca was fermented with natural yeast after a few hours of skin contact and then aged for 6 months in 500-litre barrels. The Sanz brothers can be extremely proud of it!

This is of pale lemon yellow colour with green tinges and oily tears. It smells delicious of candied lemon, and wax, and has an almost smoky minerality to it leading into bay leaf and fine herbs; medium-bodied and balanced on the palate with a medium acidity this is slightly textured. Excellent value!
