The legendary Jean-François Ganevat has helped transform the Jura region and is now a revered name amongst top sommeliers and natural wine fans around the world. The wines are so popular (and production remains very limited) that securing an allocation is extremely difficult, we are delighted to have managed to source this stand out wine.
Les Chamois du Paradis comes from old vines Chardonnay planted in 1949 in the same terroir as the Grandes Teppes, rich in limestone gravels. It spends 4 years in demi-duids before bottling. It usually has that dry, chalky, stony and almost salty sensation in the palate.
