The VS is a bold Cognac, with acres of fruit and controlled spiciness. A rounded and easy drinking spirit. A rich combination of toffee and fruit rolls out of the glass – sultanas, stewed apples and freshly sliced, ripe pears. Soft spice, barley sugar and vanilla sponge cake sit underneath, with hints of caramel sauce.
