The Boatyard Distillery is an award-winning farm-to-bottle distillery located on the banks of Lough Erne in the northwest of Ireland. Using his background in spirits, founder Joe McGirr realised his dream to build the first legal distillery in Fermanagh in more than 130 years. Joe’s vision was inspired by his family’s rich farming history – from grandad Brian who was a ploughing contractor to father Michael who was a dairy and beef farmer, the McGirr family have been part of the fabric of Fermanagh for centuries.

Boatyard Double Gin is an award-winning, certified organic gin, produced in County Fermanagh in North West Ireland. Made from organically-produced wheat spirit, it is distilled with eight botanicals including sweet gale from the family farm, angelica, lemon and coriander. This smooth, juniper-led dry gin has plenty of citrus notes and floral sweetness and is ideal in a G&T. The team at the distillery have a focus on provenance, transparency, sustainability and quality.
