Long-time friends, Maggie & Constance who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic, meet again in Paris in 2019. Maggie, Director of the Michelin Guide, is pregnant with twins. Constance pursues her career as a top model, driven by a quest for well-being against all odds. During social gatherings, they both realize how non-alcoholic, festive and sophisticated drinks are non-existent. The idea for French Bloom was born.
With the support of an executive leadership team that includes Carl Héline, former Head of Champagne Krug Moet-Hennessy, LVMH France & USA, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO of Champagne Frerejean Frères, French Bloom set out to create a premium alcohol-free French sparkling with an elevated flavor architecture.
Made from a unique blend of organic Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from the renowned Languedoc Region in France. Traditional wine fermentation know-how has been used in alcohol-free wine making. After more than 2 years of R&D and 70 tests a new manual de-alcoholization process o preserve the natural flavors was perfected.
With an elegant rose-gold color, this alcohol-free sparkling wine combines depth and grace. Beginning with rose petals and cherry aromas, followed by a well- balanced acidity and delicate notes of white peach and wild berries.
