Château La Coste is much more than a wine estate. It is a concept at the crossroads of sustainable viticulture, art and fine dining. An invitation to discover the true, sun-kissed ‘joie de vivre’ of Provence.
Château La Coste is famous for its sculpture park, the iconic building designed by some of world’s most renowned architects and for its flagship range of organic Provence rosés. Château La Coste has made organic farming its priority, drawing inspiration from the rules of biodynamics with a view to preserving the soil and of the environment. This work respectful of the vines has also been rewarded. In 2009, the wines were labeled Organic Agriculture, a label which recognizes respect for the land as well as the methods, in perfect harmony with nature.
The Château Rosé showcases the quintessential ‘house style’ marked by trademark minerality and finesse. Rich, elegantly round and with more length than the wines that sit lower in the range, it has crunchy aromas of white peach, yellow apple, pear and white grapefruit, with a gentle lining of red berries. The finish is long and fresh, showing what a Provence made with estate-grown fruit only can deliver.
The perfect companion for smoked salmon, seared tuna and seafood paella.
