The West Cork Whiskey Collection is the largest, privately-held Irish owned distillery in Ireland. West Cork Distillers has embarked on a project to recover all the carbon dioxide produced during the whiskey production process. The first Irish whiskey distillery to implement a C02 recovery system.

The Original Bourbon Cask is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey matured in bourbon casks, with a slight citrus and cracked pepper aroma. It is a smooth and balanced whiskey, the taste is one of malt, lingering sweetness, citrus, apple and nutmeg.
