Niepoort Nat Cool Branco Minho 2021

Description

Naturally “cool and funky”. Dirk Nierpoort went to the old-style of Vinho Verde for his Nat’Cool white. A traditional, hands-off approach to the wine making, as it used to be done.

The wine is bottled with a touch of residual sugar and fine lees, making it fresh, light and full of fruit, and as it should be… very drinkable.
