From Château de Paraza, this is a soft and supple unoaked Minervois from certified sustainably farmed vineyards.

Made with a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre the bouquet is dominated by aromas of black fruits. The palate is elegant and well-structured with silky tannins and a generous wash of red and blackberry fruit flavours before the long finish with a nice touch of liquorice complexity.
