'Wonderful purity of stone and citrus fruits with underlying minerality and an energetic finish with notes of toast, hay and freshly dried butter. A blend of vineyards (typically Les Vireuils – a higher elevation, north-northeast facing site; Les Corbins – to the north of the village centre where it’s flatter; and Les Pelles – a vineyard in the centre of the appellation). Fermentation is in 1/3 new oak and the wine drinks from the outset and over 5-6 years.' Justin Knock MW
