Meet the Winemaker Series: Domaine de la Charbonniere

We are delighted to welcome Veronique Maret from Domaine de la Charbonniere, located within Châteauneuf-du-Pape for our latest Meet the Winemaker Series. Founded in 1912, Charbonniere is now in its 4th generation of winemakers as they continue to charm wine lovers the world over, Robert Parker has described the winery as 'One of my favourite estates in the Southern Rhone'. 

Michel Maret set up a plot selection programme during his tenure, which is still respected today. This gives us a fascinating and unique chance to try wines from the specific soil types around the appellation along with the other wines in their portfolio, all direct from the winemaker herself.
