Bottle: Organic apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, peach, cucumber, plum, apple, pineapple, natural flavourings
Created by British award-winning wine writer Matthew Jukes, Jukes is blending the finest natural, fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices with organic apple cider vinegar. Made from carefully developed recipes using all of his olfactory and sensory expertise, Matthew has created and blended his drinks in order to take your senses to an entirely new and soothing flavour destination. These non-alcoholic drinks show exquisite, complex, and aromatic characters.
Two distinct flavors — Jukes 1 (white) and Jukes 6 (red) — both designed to be mixed with still or sparkling water at the lunch or dinner table and even tonic water at the bar, giving the consumer a choice to suit their personal palate. The drinks are presented in small 30ml bottles and designed to be diluted 8-10 parts water. Jukes 1 is centered around a citrus and herb theme, crafted to be uplifting, clean and bright; while Jukes 6 is a fruitier, deeper and spicier style with a more mellow, earthy flavor.
Jukes’ finish, or length of persistence of flavor, is unlike any non-alcoholic drink, purposefully mirroring the generosity and build-quality of a fine wine. Made from natural ingredients to be non-alcoholic, limited in calories, and, like a fine wine, deeply satisfying to its drinker. Within the non-alcoholic sphere, it would be fair to say that Jukes is ushering in the "beyond wine" category.
Health at Jukes: Each bottle of Jukes contains nearly a full tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. So drinking a Jukes every day, like the proverbial “apple a day”, is an extraordinarily tasty, deeply pleasurable way to consume one’s apple cider vinegar!
Serve and store: 1 bottle of Jukes 1 makes two 125ml glasses. First pour 125ml of chilled still, sparkling or even tonic water into a wine glass, then pour in half a bottle of Jukes 1. Stir, taste and then adjust to your palate. We love it especially with chilled sparking water. Refrigerate the bottle once opened.
'The ‘rosé’. Inspired by the food, wine and countryside of Provence, this is perfumed, delicate and refreshingly tart. Key ingredients - watermelon, cucumber, pear, melon, raspberry, apple and rhubarb.' Matthew Jukes
