The origins of this ultra-modern winery come from the same-named village: Paniza in northern Spain's Cariñena region. wine has been made here for more than 60 years.
The bodega buy grapes from about 300 wine partners they work closely with. Amongst themselves, they own approximately 3,000 hectares of vineyards, planted to different local grape varieties.
This is full-bodied blend of old vine Syrah and Garnacha. The vines are around 50 years old and planted at 700 metres above sea level, which brings concentration and finesse to this red. Grapes were carefully hand harvested to preserve their quality and the wine aged in small oak barrels for spicy complexity.
