I'd rather be a rebel
Made from Pinot Noir grapes that were sourced from Clayhill Vineyard in nearby Essex, the grapes are hand-picked into small crates then head off on an adventure to the winery in Battersea.
After a short cold soak, the grapes are whole bunched pressed and fermented in old French oak. The wine spends a further six months on lees in tank and barrel. The result is an expressive and textured rosÃ©.
