Peter Jakob Kühn Jacobus Riesling 2017

The Kühn fmaily has been grape growing for roughly 230 years. Peter Jakob is the current generation and with his wife Angela and their son Peter were amoungst the first in Germany to fully adopt biodynamics and were certified by the Demeter association in 2004. The vines are old, deeply rooted in quartzite and slate. The Kühn estate spans three superb vineyard sites in the Rheingau: Oestrich, Lenchen and Doosberg. The Jacobus trocken, is a blend of all three sites.

It has an aromas of citrus, ripe stone fruit and honey. The wine is dry, crisp and refreshing with flavours of citrus and stony minerality. An exemplary example from the Rheingau.
